Program Options

My goal as a coach is to give you the best physical training as well as information on the subject. The plan you get from me will include a custom set of workouts for every day you want to put in work, flexibility assignments to stay nimble, and nutrition coaching to maximize your efforts.

Every program would start with a client-coach call, so I can get the story of you. Once I have that, I’ll put your plan together and start you on your journey; which will be complete with descriptions and video examples of how to execute them. If you have questions I can always answer emails or schedule another call. Once you start, you’ll be able to schedule a call with me monthly.

My plan combined with your efforts will have you confidently on the path to the health and fitness that you want for yourself.

Injury Prevention and Recovery

Working with a multitude of clients with injuries from the ankles to the neck has led me to study the body in a way that most trainers haven’t. I combine elements of physical therapy and personal training to help clients take the steps back from injuries, but also condition their bodies to prevent them.

General Strength

By combining free weights with machines, you will develop a balance between pure strength, and weighted coordination. This program will focus on both maximal strength output as well as strength endurance.

Athletic Preparation

As an athletics coach, I gained experience in developing programs for sports specific training. This program will craft your training days specifically to what sport you’re looking to maximize your performance in.

Cardio Endurance

For the competitive minded runners or long distance athletes, this program will help train your heart and muscular system to adapt to the long strains of your competitions.

Strength Endurance

With strength endurance, you’ll develop endurance with your muscular output. This is a practical program for those who work blue collar jobs and those who do a lot with their hands.

Senior Fitness

This program is designed to work with you based on what your everyday life looks like. Lifestyle training will allow you an easier time performing general functions so that you don’t have to worry about where you can go or what you can do.

Aesthetic Development

Aesthetics training is designed to maximize muscle growth and minimize body fat percentage. Muscular growth and strength walk along the same path, but are not always synced. This program is for those seeking looks more than function.

Balance and Coordination

Balance and Coordination is a great program both for those trying to feel more confident in mild athletic endeavors like hiking, or intense activities like rock climbing. You’re body will find a new definition of normal when you train with this program.

Maximal Strength

Maximal strength is a program for those who want to get the most move from their push. Whether you’re a dad trying keep winning against your growing son, or an older woman who needs to get a massive dog food bag into the house, this is where you can start.

Weight Loss

Shed pounds with this program. It’s designed to get the best results for losing weight, while also targeting as much of the weight lost as fat. It’s a great way to improve general health as well as lower the waistline.
