Nutrition Coaching
Take a detailed look at the food you eat and how it compares to the food you need. I will help you assess the quantity, quality, and timing of your dietary needs, as well as supplements if necessary.
Exercise Programming
This is where we determine what type of training you need to get the results that you want. Whether you’re worried about balance and falling, or competing in powerlifting events, I can customize a program for you to follow on your time!
Flexibility Assignments
If you struggle to move throughout your day because of a lack of mobility, maybe stretching and flexibility training is what you need. I have dozens of stretches you can do anytime you have a few moments; and hundreds of stretches you can do if you designate the time to do so.
Accountability
I'm here because I care. I want to stay in close contact with my clients to ensure that their training is going as well as possible. With your feedback, I can know if you’re putting in enough sessions, eating enough of the right foods, progressing the training properly, performing your exercise safely, and enjoying the results. I’m not going to sell you a generic program that anyone can use. Each one will be designed for you, because you are unique and have unique needs on your fitness journey.
